Designed to combat sleeplessness and help balance the body’s sleep cycle, ‘The Sleep Ritual’ is an intensely relaxing treatment, using a unique combination of sound therapy, soothing scrub, and massage that harnesses the relaxation-inducing properties of Tibetan singing bowls and magnesium to enhance sleep quality. The 90-minute treatment begins with deep breathing exercises, followed by full body exfoliation using pure magnesium salts known for their therapeutic and exceptional skin-softening properties, which not only relax the body but also ensure the absorption of magnesium through the skin. Following the body scrub, our expert therapists use distinctive manual techniques in a calming massage focusing on the scalp and feet to melt away stress and tension.
Know Before You Go
This experience is open to guests 16 years old and above. Pregnant guests in their first trimester and guests with open wounds are not permitted. Towels, slippers, and grooming kits will be provided. Access to spa facilities and operating hours are subject to operational availability. A same-gender therapist policy is observed, with separate treatment rooms for male and female guests. The spa is a smoke-free zone and opens at 11:00 AM, subject to change without prior notice. Guests requesting a couple treatment room will be subject to an additional charge of AED 250. Dress code: guest can wear casual attire and is required to bring their own swim wear to access the spa and pool facility.
