Know Before You Go
Purchases and bookings are valid from 13th February to 15th February. Any unused voucher may be exchanged for other available experiences. Due to the nature of the activity, advance booking is required and start times vary depending on sunrise. You will receive a confirmation call between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm the evening before your flight to confirm your exact pick-up time. Flights operate only under ideal weather conditions for safety; in the event of cancellation due to poor weather, your flight will be rebooked for another convenient date or fully refunded. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing, with warm layers recommended during winter mornings as desert temperatures can be cold before sunrise. As climbing in and out of the balloon basket is required, skirts, dresses, and high-heeled shoes are not recommended, with trainers being the best option. While ballooning is very safe, the experience is not suitable for ladies more than three months pregnant, children under five years old, guests who have had major surgery or a broken limb within the last six months, or those suffering from chronic back or neck pain.
